With less than 36 days to act, TMCA leveraged their agile platform to negotiate an exit agreement and successfully close on the site. In that time, T.M. Crowley & Associates conducted a full due-diligence review, secured a lucrative incentive package, and modified the original building plan to better serve large-scale, industrial tenants. TMCA has officially begun work on the site and plans to deliver a state-of-the-art cross-dock facility by October 2023.
